Overwhelmed? Exhausted? Confused? My hearts desire is to listen, help heal and assist people so that they may move past the emotional issues they are experiencing to help them realize their greatest potential and dreams. I am empathetic, validating, supportive; warm and compassionate. I have a unique blend of understanding that moves clients gently along the critical path of recovery. As a Television/Radio “On-Air” Host/Producer, my client and myself have a genuine and compatable conversation. I also strongly believe the client is the “expert” about themselves and so my role is help them listen to their innermost wisdom.
Relationships are what makes the world go round. They are what life is all about! Creating nurturing relationships can be learned and are the key to a meaningful, happy life. My practice is located in the heart of the Mission area in Kelowna in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. The office environment is warm and inviting, tasteful and artistic. It is a place of healing and safety. Our time together is client-centered and honoured.
